Our mission is that at the end of each program we give each of our netballers the confidence and the skills to shine bright on court.

We deliver age appropriate, high intensity, skill based programs that target player performance with the intention of player improvement.

Each program is different. They have been designed like that to ensure each of our netballers can learn new skills and see their own growth at the completion of every program.

Every player that attends a program will receive a training diary which includes an at home training program and training tracker sheets – which is an important part of our programs.

Our programs are range from 3 to 10 weeks depending on what the actual program is.

Below are the programs we are coaching.

Junior Skills – 3 weeks

7 – 9 years

This program focuses on building correct foundation skills in our young netballers. Foundation skills are the essential building blocks to becoming a successful netball player.

These programs focus on Ball handling, Passing, Catching, Footwork and movement skills.

Junior Shooting – 3 weeks

7 – 9years

This program focuses on building correct foundation Shooting skills in our young players. It really is quite a difficult process to change a junior shooters technique once they have learnt a bad habit early on, so we have a HUGE focus on correcting technique early.

Players in this program are taught to shoot above their heads and the “must do” movements when taking a shot.

These foundation skills are the essential building blocks to becoming a successful netball player.

High Performance / Development Shooting

12 – 15years

This program is for players who are wanting to take their netball skills to next level and build confidence around the player they are becoming.

These programs focus on Shooting technique, circle movement, rebounds, circle entry, taking on defenders, body position, attacking movements, auto correction, long range shooting, refeeding, split jumps, screening, set plays, back line throw in’s and more.

Rep Ready Program

In this program we offer a weekly dose of Rep Style trainings. In preparation of Rep trials this program is offered 10 weeks prior to most of the Gold coast/SE QLD trials. These sessions are based on Ball skills, Strength and conditioning, Footwork and match play at a Performance level.

High Performance / Development Defence

12 – 15years

This program is for players who are wanting to take their netball skills to next level and build confidence around the player they are becoming.

These programs focus on body positioning, rebounds, denying space, intercepting, reactions, one on one defence, reading play, timing, defensive footwork, transition from block to shadow, circle rotation and more.

Pre-Season Training

In the off season it is still important to keep your fitness and skills at an optimal level so that when you return to your netball season that your skills are on point and you are growing from. In our Pre-Season training programs, we focus on Strength and Conditioning, Ball skills, Footwork and movement.
